This Direct Trade RFA Rwanda coffee is produced by the COOPAC Women Group in the Rubavu & Rutsiro districts. Member farms sit along the fertile and high altitude region of Lake Kivu. Coffee benefits from high elevation, high altitude coffees take longer to ripen, which results in more complex flavors, aromas and sweetness. Coffee is produced by small scale coffee farmers.
